Funding
PostNord AB is a Swedish corporation owned 40% by the Danish state and 60% by the Swedish state. Votes are allocated 50/50 between the Danish and Swedish states.
PostNord operations are financed by internally generated funds and by issuing debt in the capital market and in addition to that by maintaining a reserve in the form of a revolving credit facility.
