PostNord AB is a Swedish corporation owned 40% by the Danish state and 60% by the Swedish state. Votes are allocated 50/50 between the Danish and Swedish states. 

PostNord operations are financed by internally generated funds and by issuing debt in the capital market and in addition to that by maintaining a reserve in the form of a revolving credit facility.

PostNord’s creditworthiness is evaluated annually by Nordic Credit Rating.

PostNord Green Finance Framework

The framework specifies which investments are eligible for financing under the framework and provides guidelines for reporting the environmental impacts. The framework has been reviewed by S&P Global in the form of a Second Party Opinion.
