Income affected by the closure of mail business in Denmark
Income was negatively impacted by reduced mail volumes and costs associated with the closure of the mail business in Denmark. At the same time, the parcels business performed well as a result of increased volumes and our improvement programs.
General comment
- Income was negatively affected by declined mail volumes and costs related to wind-down of the Danish mail business.
- At the same time, our parcel business grew due to our improvement programs that continued to deliver as planned, contributing to increased profitability and growth.
- The parcel market continues to show attractive growth, while competition and pressure on prices remain intense.
- Ongoing adaptation of Swedish mail operations.

- Net sales totaled SEK 9,924 million (10,018), a decrease of –1 percent (–4) in fixed currency for like-for-like units
- Parcel volumes increased by 11 percent (6)
- Mail volumes decreased by –12 percent (–19)
- Operating income (EBIT) totaled SEK 284 million (385)
- Adjusted operating income (adjusted EBIT) totaled SEK 237 million (498)
January–December 2025
- Net sales totaled SEK 36,245 million (37,797), a decrease of –4 percent (–3) in fixed currency for like-for-like units
- Parcel volumes increased by 12 percent (1)
- Mail volumes decreased by –14 percent (–15)
- Operating income (EBIT) totaled SEK 841 million (135)
- Adjusted operating income (adjusted EBIT) totaled SEK 969 million (961)
