Targets
PostNord's impact defines the scope of our commitment. Our goals and initiatives encompass our own employees, contracted staff, drivers driving on behalf of PostNord and employees of other suppliers. Instead of using a common benchmark for the lost time injury frequency rate (LTIFR), each country of operation sets its own targets. These depend on the nature of local operations, each country’s current situation, and realistic ambitions.
Performance
Our lost time injury frequency rate varies, partly because of the different nature of PostNord’s operations. In 2023, the LTIFR ranged from 0 to 7.68.
