An Extraordinary General Meeting of PostNord AB (publ) was held on February 1. The Meeting resolved to approve the shareholders' proposal for a new member of the Board of Directors.

PostNord has become the first logistics operator to be elected to join The Pathways Coalition, a partnership devoted to accelerating the transition to sustainable transport solutions. The ultimate aim is to establish conditions for the historically rapid transition that is required to ensure a fossil-free commercial transport system no later than 2050.

The European Commission has today announced that it approves the internal injection of capital from PostNord Group AB to Post Denmark of DKK 2.3 billion. The injection took place in 2018 and 2019.

PostNord works continuously to make everyday life easier for everyone who lives and works in the Nordic region. And a part of this involves providing convenient delivery options. The Group’s objective is to have more than 12,500 of its own parcel boxes in the Nordic region before the end of 2022 – with investments in additional parcel boxes planned for 2023.

April 27, 2021 at 3:30pm The Annual General Meeting of PostNord AB (publ) took place on April 27, 2021. The meeting passed resolutions about, among other things, the election of the Board and appointment of the auditor, and that no dividend is to be paid to the owners.

April 15, 2021 at 9am Anna van Bunningen has been appointed Head of Nordic Strategy & Solutions at the PostNord Group. She joins PostNord from the energy company Vattenfall, where she is leading a strategic transformation program for electricity distribution. Since 2020, she has also been CFO of Remeo AB on a part-time basis. Anna van Bunningen will join PostNord in a full-time capacity on June 15, 2021.
