PostNord is recognized as a diversity leader by Financial Times
For the first time, PostNord has been recognized a Diversity Leader by the Financial Times and Statista.
The Financial Times and Statista have listed 850 European companies in their third edition of Europe’s Diversity Leaders, with PostNord among the top 35 percent. Out of the 850 companies, 54 represent the transportation and logistics industry and 13 are postal operators. 45 are based in Sweden, with 6 of them being state-owned.
“I am so happy that PostNord gets the recognition we deserve. We are a major employer that welcomes people who want and can take our company forward, regardless of who they are or where they come from. PostNord offers many different job paths both in our operations and offices, for those entering the job market and for experienced professionals,” says Ylva Allard, Head of HR & Talent Management at PostNord Group.
Diversity is one of three commitments in PostNord’s agenda for sustainable logistics, and we have set a target to become an even more inclusive workplace.
About the survey
The Diversity Leaders were identified in a survey from a sample of more than 100,000 employees. Companies from all industry sectors in 16 countries employing at least 250 people were eligible. Additional research complemented the survey, e.g. on share of women in management positions and companies’ diversity communication and commitment.
The entire Diversity Leaders list and more information about the methodology is available on the Financial Times website.
