How to apply for jobs at PostNord
Great that you are interested in working with us! PostNord recruits several hundred people each year, such as IT specialists, salespeople, mail carrier, terminal workers, and most other roles.
Below we have gathered answers to some questions that you may have regarding the recruitment.

Do you accept spontaneous applications?
We do not accept spontaneous applications. You are welcome to visit the local career pages to see if any of our advertised positions may be of interest to you.
Are all Group function positions on your website?
Yes, we update our career page regularly, so stay tuned. At this site, you can view jobs in Sweden and in Denmark. We use the same platform at PostNord Sweden and PostNord Denmark, so you need to filter to list the jobs you are interested in.

When should I submit my application?
We are happy to see that you submit your application as soon as possible, as we make an ongoing selection of candidates.
Who is responsible for recruitment?
Our managers are responsible for their own recruitments. In some recruitments we get help from our recruitment suppliers and sometimes internal recruiters. It is always stated in our ads who the contact person is and if we take help from an external company.
How do I know what happens to my application?
We will send you an email confirming that we received your application. If we are interested in knowing more about you, we will contact you by email or phone. We will also inform you if we choose not to proceed with your application.
If you have questions during the recruitment process, you can always contact the contact person in the ad.
Do you use tests, and will I need to provide references?
In some recruitments we choose to use tests. If so, you will be informed about this during the recruitment process.
At the end of the process, we will also ask for references.
What happens if I do not get the job?
