Development opportunities

Within the PostNord Group, we have thousands of employees in many different roles in both production operations and our offices around the Nordic region.

This creates several possible career options for those who want to develop within PostNord, in their current area or another part of the business. If you have the will and drive, we will help you develop further!

For employees we also offers various training initiatives for those who want to be further developed. We have both Nordic development programs that extend across national borders and programs in our local companies.

For employees at PostNord Group functions there are two development programs that you can apply to: PostNord Professionals and Top Talents. But most of the development will happen in your daily work. You and your manager set the targets and discuss how you should reach them and thrive and develop at PostNord.

Organization

The Group consists of the following country organizations: Sweden (including Finland), Denmark (including Germany and Direct Link) and Norway, as well as PostNord Strålfors and five Group functions. 

Corporate Governance

Our overall goal is to create long-term value for our owners and to ensure the fulfilment of our universal service obligations. One prerequisite for this is well-functioning corporate governance.

Purchasing

Every year, PostNord purchases goods and services for about SEK 20 billion from approximately 26,000 suppliers.

History

People have been sending letters to one another for thousands of years. Here is our perspective of the way in which the infrastructure for the delivery of mail and goods has developed over time. 

Independent ombudsman

Customers should primarily contact local customer services. If the customer perceives a decision as incorrect, the case can be reconsidered by the independent ombudsman.

Whistleblower system

Many companies have a reporting procedure – a whistleblower system – to ensure that serious crimes committed by a person in a senior position can be reported. PostNord also has a system of this kind. 

GDPR

Due to the introduction of GDPR in May 2018, PostNord revised its general and special terms and conditions of service so that these are in alignment with GDPR.
